I’m still playing catch-up for books that I read a while ago! I’d been meaning to read Star Crossed for a while – another book that I was prompted to read by the cover / title. I’m glad I did!

A Creature of Moonlight by Rebecca Hahn was a book I picked up a while ago based on the cover. (Yes, I am often influenced by covers, much to my chagrin).
The woods come and go, but of late they have been coming more than going. Girls on the cusp of womanhood tend to disappear in the woods. Only Marni has secretly entered the woods and returned again.
Marni has grown up apart from the court but not a commoner. OKAY, I admit defeat. I can barely find time to make it to the computer let alone to post about what I’ve read, so I’m going to do a mass post on the rest of the Ranger’s Apprentice Series. I loved them ALL and I can’t wait to share this series with my son when he gets old enough! The characters just get better and better, and the stories remain interesting and fresh. Love love love!
